We couldn't make our red-eye LAS-ATL flight on Saturday night, as it went from 5 oversold to 10 oversold over the course of the afternoon. So, we got creative and flew Northwest Airlines (first time) Airbus A319 from LAS-IND, first class. And then a Delta Air Lines MD-88 from IND-ATL (of which only I got first class...not the rest of the group
Of course while out there, I had the pleasure of meeting =AirshowDave as he was shooting away! And also I got to stop and chat with ~Atmosphotography as well! It was a pleasure seeing both of you guys, and hope to see you again before long!
Our next trip is December 5th, down to Orlando for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra Christmas concert. That should be just a day trip. We might throw some other trips in there somewhere, who knows!
One of my good friends from the SJU group, Carlos Barcelo, told us to plan a trip or two and he'd probably be good to tag along, and maybe bring some more spotters along. I'm thinking Tico Warbird Airshow in Florida might be a good one... We'll see what happens.
Take care everyone! And thanks for all your
Josh
