Once was a 5.0 V8 180hp 1992 9C1 Chevrolet Caprice.

I'd say it's now pushing 750hp. Yeah, your not getting away from this car.

Not if it has the undercarriage setup many of my club members have on theirs. Heck even if it had the stock 94-96 set up it would be vicious in the turns. I took a 90 degree turn at 50mph with no problem in mine. Just got to know how to do it (I practiced in large open parking lots). A big factor is good gripping tires.

Don't ever underestimate the caprice my friend.

I miss the Chevy Carprice as a police car but this one is just plain awesome.

Well, if I am not mistaken (and I will have a closer look next Monday), this car has all after-market drag suspension. This thing is made to grip hard in a forward motion, but not so in a slide. (That's just my take on it :lol:)

But I will take your word for it about the stock suspension's capabilities! :)

No, your right about this one. Its built for the line.

I'm just killing the myths about the big cars handling stereotype that most assume with big American cars. It doesn't apply to the 94-96 9C1 Caprice or Impala SS.
